Hello and welcome,
This is my first attempt at a real, honest and for truly blog. I will attempt to document the restoration of my 1964 Chevelle.
To start, I found this Chevelle on Craigslist.com in Detroit Michigan. I decided to go look at it and was not thrilled at first. But as I thought about it more, the little car grew on me. Plus my wife liked and she owned 64 Buick special at one time. I bought it for $3500.00 in Sept 2006.
Off we were to the races.....
This blog is to cronicle the restoration and life of one 1964 Chevelle. It began life in Kentucky. It has low options, no power steering or brakes. (like robinson curuso, as primative as can be!). I found it on Detroit.craigslist.com and paid $3500.00 for it. The body is in fair shape (for it's age) and I am now restoring it. Be sure to check back as I post new pictures and try to catch up to where we are now.

Your 64 look just like my 65.... I do have the chassis almost done and plan to install the engine and tranny today. I look forward to watching your progress!
